royally pissed that he said she was 98 years old! Dig that hole, A-hole!
UPDATE 2:12 PM PT: AND THAT'S A WRAP, FOLKS! And now we wait. In a totally anti-climactic move, we're told the judge is going to
mail a verdict out to the parties. LAME!

TMZ Staff The 3'8" actor who played R2-D2 in the Star Wars flicks (yes, there was someone
inside that thing!) is in the hospital with a mystery ailment. Blame Jar Jar!
Kenny Baker was rushed to an English hospital last night immediately after getting off a plane from Chicago. Baker's son told reporters that the pint-sized star has problems with asthma, although friends initially thought the 73-year-old's condition was more serious. Help him, Obi-Wan!
As Yoda would say, better get soon.

TMZ Staff Lou Grant is fed up with bringing home the bacon and dropping it off on ex-wife Cindy's doorstep.
In documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Asner says if Cindy doesn't get off the couch and update her resume, that he'll cut off her alimony payments. We're pretty sure Social Security checks alone won't keep you dripping in diamonds, let alone buy a gallon of gas these days.
We hear Rob Lowe is looking for help ...

Allegedly wiretapping Hollywood big wigs has its benefits -- they're too busy to testify at your trial!
In a surprise move, federal prosecutors have dropped nearly half of the charges against P.I. to the stars Anthony Pellicano and his co-defendant.
The U.S. Attorney on the case Dan Saunders says the feds dismissed the charges because some of the alleged victims weren't available to testify. Let's do lunch!
Pellicano and four other defendantshas pleaded not guilty to the rap.

TiVo may have cracked the mystery of who gets kicked off and who doesn't. Company insiders say they can predict who's not connecting by TiVo usage.
Here's the deal. In a sample of 20,000 users, TiVo monitors traffic -- which contestants get replayed (a sign of popularity) and which one's get fast-forwarded.
You think it's bogus? Well, the TiVo system has nailed who got booted four weeks in a row.
And who does TiVo say is getting the ax tonight? Poor Syesha. Take it to the bank, people.

TMZ Staff New Jersey cops have arrested two high school students after a teacher found a so-called "hit list" that targeted tough guy actor Chuck Norris. Holy Walker, Texas Ranger!
The students, both juniors at Pennsauken High School, didn't have any weapons on them. The note reportedly included the names of three students and, randomly, Norris.
The boys claim the list was a joke and the local prosecutor says "At this point we believe that this student did not pose any serious threat to any of the people on the list, especially to Chuck Norris." No sh*t.
